Fine droplets distribute evenly and dry fast; coarse droplets wet the hair and leave patches. This is set by the valve and the liquid tension, together.

Resin and set

The resin decides hold strength and whether the set brushes out or snaps. Humidity resistance is a separate additive decision.

Filling route

Aerosol, pump and continuous-spray formats each need a different fill line and a different safety file. The format is usually chosen before the formula is finalised.

Frequently asked questions

Pump or aerosol — which should I choose?

Aerosol gives a finer, more consistent mist and a faster dry-down but carries propellant logistics and transport restrictions. Pump formats are simpler to ship and easier to export, at the cost of a slightly wetter spray. The polymer has to be matched to whichever you pick.

What makes a spray brushable?

Film flexibility. A rigid polymer locks the style in place and snaps when brushed; a flexible film holds the shape but lets the hair be re-worked. Which one you want depends on whether the product is a finishing or a working spray.

Does the spray head change the formula?

Yes — droplet size and spray pattern are set by the valve or pump, so the viscosity and the solvent level are tested against the actual spray head rather than on the liquid alone.

What is the minimum order?

MOQ depends on whether you are filling an aerosol can or a pump bottle. Send the format and we will return a specific figure.
