Tell us what you are launching
You do not need a finished brief. Four things are enough to get a useful answer: the market, the product type, the claim you want to make, and the price per unit you need to hit. If you only have a rough retail price and a product idea, send that — it is how most of our first conversations start.
Tick whichever fits in your first message — it saves a round of questions.
What happens next
1. We read it and reply
Usually with two or three questions: the price point, the market, and whether you have a reference product. Those answers decide which formulation route makes sense.
2. Route options and samples
One or two formulation directions with indicative cost drivers, then bench samples you can actually use — in the shower, not just look at in a jar.
3. Stability and documentation
Stability testing runs while samples are in your hands. Compliance documents are prepared for the market you named.
4. Production and dispatch
The formula moves to the line on the same site. Pack, artwork and documentation are finalised before the first production batch.
